We aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Refund Eligibility
We only offer refunds in the case where the item delivered is significantly different from what was shown or described at the time of purchase.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or not-as-described product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
We do not offer refunds or returns in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Customer dislikes colour, design, or size after delivery (if it matches the order description)
- Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
- Normal wear and tear after use
- Minor differences in colour due to lighting or screen display
3. Custom / Made-to-Order Items
All custom-made or made-to-order furniture is non-refundable and non-returnable unless it arrives damaged or not as described.
4. Delivery Issues
If your item is not delivered due to logistics issues, we will investigate with our delivery partners and provide a resolution, which may include re-delivery or refund where applicable.
5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 working days depending on your bank or payment provider.
