We deliver across the UK. Some remote or restricted areas may require additional delivery time or charges.

3. Delivery Process

  • Our team or trusted courier partners will contact you before delivery to schedule a convenient time.
  • Customers must ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
  • Delivery is made to the ground floor or doorstep unless otherwise agreed.

  • Ensure access is clear for safe delivery
  • Be available to receive and inspect the order at the time of delivery

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information or customer unavailability.

5. Damages & Issues on Delivery

Customers must inspect the item upon delivery. Any damage or issue must be reported within 48 hours with clear photo/video evidence.
